Healthy, Protein-Packed Snack

Ingredients (makes about 12 bars):
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup honey
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until combined.
Step 3: Add rolled oats, almond flour, salt, and blueberries to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
Step 4: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.

Tips for Success:
