Tahini Bread (Rewritten Recipe)

A quick, low-carb, keto-friendly bread made with just a few ingredients. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, or even homemade “croutons”!

Ingredients

4 eggs

1 tbsp baking powder

1 cup tahini (ground sesame seeds)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together the eggs, baking powder, and tahini until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.

Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
