Ready in just 10 minutes, it’s great for breakfast, dinner, party appetizers, or alongside pasta and soups.
Ingredients (Serves 4 slices)
4 slices of bread (French bread, sandwich bread, or sourdough)
3 tbsp softened butter
2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
½ tsp parsley or Italian seasoning
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Directions
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 200°C / 390°F.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with garlic and parsley (or Italian seasoning).
- Spread the garlic butter evenly over each bread slice.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly on top, followed by Parmesan.
- Place the bread slices on a baking tray and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
If using an air fryer, cook at the same temperature for 4–6 minutes. - Serve immediately while hot and enjoy the crispy, cheesy perfection!
