Ingredients
For the Salmon
2 salmon fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey (optional for glaze)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Orange–Avocado Salsa
1 orange, peeled & diced
½ ripe avocado, cubed
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tsp lime or lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare the Salmon
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add salmon skin-side down and cook 4–5 minutes.
Flip, add honey (optional), and cook another 3–4 minutes until golden and flaky.
Make the Orange–Avocado Salsa
Combine orange, avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Toss gently to keep the avocado pieces whole.
Assemble the Plate
Place salmon on a serving plate.
Spoon the citrus-avocado salsa generously over the top.
Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, vibrant flavors!
