
Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter, divided
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup of peanut butter with the milk chocolate chips until smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt.
- Spread the chocolate-peanut-butter mixture evenly over the graham crust.
- Gently swirl marshmallow fluff over the chocolate layer, then sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
- Melt the remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter and drizzle over the marshmallows.
- Scatter peanut butter chips across the top.
- Chill for 2 hours, or until firm enough to slice.
