How to prepare Peppermint Crisp Tart

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Tennis biscuits (or any tea biscuits)
  • 1 (250 g) block caramel treat (or caramel condensed milk)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped Peppermint Crisp chocolate
  • Optional: extra Peppermint Crisp shavings for topping
    Directions:
  1. Prepare the caramel layer
    If using a caramel treat, melt it slightly until spreadable. If using caramel condensed milk, skip melting.
  2. Layer the biscuits
    In a rectangular dish (approx. 20×20 cm), place a layer of Tennis biscuits.
  3. Add caramel & cream
    Spread a layer of caramel over the biscuits. Then add a layer of whipped cream.
  4. Sprinkle Peppermint Crisp
    Sprinkle chopped Peppermint Crisp chocolate over the cream layer.
  5. Repeat layers
    Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream on top.
  6. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or overnight, to allow the tart to set.
  7. Serve
    Top with extra Peppermint Crisp shavings before serving. Slice and enjoy!
