Moose Farts Recipe


Ingredients:

1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 ml in Canada, 14 oz in the US)

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups dried coconut (fine or medium cut)

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Additional graham cracker crumbs, for rolling

Instructions:

Combine the Wet Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, blend the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add the Dry Ingredients:

Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix well until evenly combined.

Chill the Mixture:

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until the mixture firms up enough to handle.

Shape into Balls:

Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into 1 1/4-inch balls.

Coat each ball by rolling it in additional graham cracker crumbs.

Chill and Store:

Place the rolled balls on a tray and chill until fully firm. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Yield:

Approximately 40 cookie balls
