Ingredients
For the Steak Bites
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper
Optional: squeeze of lemon
For the Roasted Potatoes
3–4 small gold potatoes, sliced into wedges
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
For the Broccoli
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Directions
- Roast the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss potato wedges with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cook the Broccoli
Heat a skillet with a little oil.
Add broccoli and cook until browned and tender-crisp.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Sear the Steak Bites
Pat steak dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat oil in a pan on high.
Add steak bites and sear 2–3 minutes per side.
Add butter at the end to coat.
- Assemble
Combine roasted potatoes, charred broccoli, and juicy steak bites in a bowl—just like in your photo!
