Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies

Soft, creamy, bakery-style cookies packed with fresh strawberries, cream cheese, and a hint of cheesecake flavor. Pure melt-in-your-mouth goodness!

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  6. 1 cup granulated sugar
  7. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  9. 1 large egg
  10. 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  11. 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  12. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional) Directions
  13. Preheat the Oven

Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients

Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

  1. Cream Butter & Sugars

Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
Add vanilla + egg and mix until fully combined.

  1. Add Cream Cheese

Mix in softened cream cheese until smooth.

  1. Combine Everything

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
Fold in strawberries + white chocolate chips (optional).

  1. Scoop & Bake

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the tray, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake 12–15 minutes, until edges turn golden.

  1. Cool & Serve

Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
