Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional) Directions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream Butter & Sugars
Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
Add vanilla + egg and mix until fully combined.
- Add Cream Cheese
Mix in softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Combine Everything
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
Fold in strawberries + white chocolate chips (optional).
- Scoop & Bake
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the tray, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake 12–15 minutes, until edges turn golden.
- Cool & Serve
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
