Ingredients
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter , melted
Cheesecake Filling:
24 oz cream cheese , softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
Apple Layer & Topping:
½ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
1 cup apple pie filling
1 apple, chopped (for garnish)
Crumbled graham crackers (for garnish)
Directions
1️⃣ Prep Oven & Pan
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) .
Grease a 9-inch springform pan .
2️⃣ Make the Crust
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs , ¼ cup sugar , and melted butter .
Press mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
3️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Batter
Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Mix in vanilla and sour cream until combined.
4️⃣ Assemble the Layers
Pour half the batter over the crust .
Add a layer of apple pie filling and drizzle with caramel sauce .
Pour the remaining cheesecake batter on top.
5️⃣ Bake
Bake 50–60 minutes until center is set and edges are lightly browned .
Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool 1 hour with oven door slightly open.
6️⃣ Chill
Remove from oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight .
7️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Top with chopped apple , crumbled graham crackers , and extra caramel drizzle before serving.
