1 lb breakfast sausage (any kind you like)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 oz cream cheese
How to Make the Gravy:
Brown the sausage in a skillet. Drain excess grease if needed.
Keep the sausage over medium-high heat and add the cream cheese. Stir until fully melted and combined.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir continuously until the gravy thickens.

Low-carb tortilla
Sausage gravy
Instructions:
Scramble the eggs.
Place a tortilla on the air fryer rack.
Add scrambled eggs on top, then spoon the sausage gravy over them.
Air fry at 375°F for 4–5 minutes, or until the tortilla is browned and crisp to your liking.
