How to prepare Low-Carb Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingredients

1 Diamond brand chocolate nut pie shell

1 small box sugar-free chocolate pudding mix

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp Swerve confectioners sweetener

Filling:
Mix all filling ingredients together with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

Topping

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp Swerve confectioners sweetener

Mix the topping ingredients with a hand mixer until it forms peaks. Refrigerate in an airtight container while preparing the filling.

Assembly

Spoon the pudding mixture into the pie shell.

Add the whipped topping over the filling.

Drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup if desired.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
