
Ingredients
- 10–12 chicken drumsticks
- 4 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix together: honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drumsticks and coat them thoroughly with the marinade.
- Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken becomes golden, sticky, and fully cooked.
- Brush the drumsticks with a little extra sauce from the tray.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
