Ingredients
For the Hibachi Steak Bites
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic (minced)
Salt & pepper
Optional: a pinch of sesame seeds
For the Fried Rice
1 1/2 cups cooked rice (preferably chilled)
1 tbsp butter
1 egg (optional)
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup corn (optional)
1 green onion, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper
For the Veggie Stir-Fry
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup snap peas
1 tbsp butter or oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Optional: dash of ginger
Directions
- Make the Fried Rice
Melt butter in a pan.
Add carrots and corn; sauté until softened.
Push to the side; scramble egg if using.
Add rice, soy sauce, green onion, salt, and pepper.
Stir fry until everything is hot and coated.
- Cook the Veggie Stir-Fry
Heat butter/oil in a skillet.
Add onions, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas.
Season with soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
Cook until veggies are tender-crisp.
- Sear the Steak Bites
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a hot skillet.
Add steak bites and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
Stir in soy sauce and garlic until glossy.
- Plate
Arrange fried rice, steak bites, and veggies just like in your photo!
