
Ingredients:
For the Tacos:
6 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup pizza sauce
12 slices pepperoni
½ cup cooked crumbled sausage
½ cup cooked crumbled bacon
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
For Topping (Optional):
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Directions:
Prepare the Tacos:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Lightly toast tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side until warm and slightly crisp.
Assemble & Bake:
Spread pizza sauce over half of each tortilla.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then layer with pepperoni, sausage, and bacon.
Fold the tortilla in half and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy.
Serve & Enjoy:
Garnish with Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and fresh basil.
Serve hot with extra pizza sauce for dipping!
