How To Prepare Lemon-Pepper Salmon Power Bowl with Avocado & Tomato

Fresh, vibrant, and full of clean flavors — this bowl is a perfect balance of protein, healthy fats, and crisp veggies. The lemon-pepper salmon pairs beautifully with creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, and a bed of fresh spinach. Simple, nutritious, and incredibly satisfying!

Ingredients
For the Salmon

1 salmon fillet (about 200–250g)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tsp lemon juice

1 lemon slice (for garnish)

For the Bowl

1 cup fresh spinach

½ avocado, sliced

1 medium tomato, sliced

A drizzle of olive oil

Pinch of salt & pepper

Directions

Season the salmon:
Rub the salmon with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Cook the salmon:
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden, flaky, and tender.

Prep the vegetables:
Slice the tomato and avocado. Arrange the spinach in a bowl.

Assemble the bowl:
Place the cooked salmon in the center. Add the sliced avocado and tomato around it.

Finish it up:
Drizzle a little olive oil over the tomatoes and avocado. Add extra pepper if desired. Top the salmon with a lemon slice.
