Ingredients

Crust

2 cups crushed waffle cones (or sugar cones)

6 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp granulated sugar

Ice Cream Filling

4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened (not melted)

1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts

1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Chocolate Topping

1 cup chocolate chips

2 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (helps create a “magic shell” effect)

Optional Toppings

Extra chopped peanuts

Caramel drizzle

Whipped cream

Preparation – Step by Step

1️⃣ Make the Crust

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed waffle cones, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to set.

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, fold together softened vanilla ice cream, chopped peanuts, and chocolate chips.
  2. Spoon the mixture evenly into the frozen crust.
  3. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm.

3️⃣ Add the Chocolate Topping

  1. Melt chocolate chips + coconut oil in the microwave (20-second intervals, stirring until smooth).
  2. Pour over the frozen pie — the chocolate will harden like the top of a Drumstick cone.
  3. Sprinkle extra chopped peanuts on top before chocolate fully sets.

4️⃣ Serve

Freeze for another 30–60 minutes before slicing.

Let the pie sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting for easier slicing.
