For the Salmon
1 salmon fillet
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
Β½ tsp garlic powder
Optional: squeeze of lemon
For the Vegetables
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup baby carrots
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tsp butter
For the Rice
1 cup cooked brown rice

- Cook the Salmon
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook salmon 3β4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
Add a squeeze of lemon on top if desired.
- Steam the Veggies
Steam broccoli and carrots 5β7 minutes until tender but bright.
Season with salt, pepper, and a small pat of butter (optional).
- Warm the Rice
Reheat prepared brown rice or cook fresh according to package directions.
- Plate
