
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
⅓ cup powdered sweetener (erythritol, allulose, or monk fruit blend)
2 large eggs
2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the batter
In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
Add eggs, melted butter, heavy cream, and vanilla.
Mix until smooth and thick, like in your photo.
Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if you want extra chunks.
- Cook the waffles
Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it.
Add a scoop of batter to the center (it will be thick).
Close the waffle maker and cook 3–5 minutes, until firm and crisp.
- Serve
Top with sugar-free chocolate chips, keto syrup, or whipped cream.
Tips
Add 1–2 tbsp water if the batter is too thick.
Cook longer for crispier waffles.
Great for meal prep—freeze and reheat in a toaster.
