𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
For the Salmon
1 salmon fillet
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper
½ tsp paprika
For the Veggie Mix
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 small carrot, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Sauté the Vegetables:
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add carrots, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli.
Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Cook until tender and lightly browned.
Cook the Salmon:
In another pan, heat olive oil and butter.
Add garlic, then place salmon skin-side down.
Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
Assemble:
Spoon the warm veggie mixture into a bowl and place the salmon fillet on top.
