Ingredients (makes about 2 pizzas):
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
