Ingredients
3 oz pork steak
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
6 garlic cloves, peeled
Instructions
Wash the pork steak and pat dry.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the pork in a bowl and add all spices and olive oil.
Mix well and let the meat marinate for 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over high heat.
Place the pork steaks in the pan along with the whole garlic cloves.
Sear for 2 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
Remove the pan from the stove and transfer it directly to the preheated oven.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, depending on thickness.
Take out the steaks and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before cutting or serving.
