½ cup zero-sugar whipped topping (like Cool Whip Sugar-Free or Great Value Zero Sugar Whip)
1 packet sugar-free strawberry Jell-O mix (small box, 0.3 oz)
1–2 tbsp water or unsweetened almond milk (optional, to thin consistency)
Optional: a few chopped strawberries or unsweetened coconut flakes for texture
Instructions
- Blend (Optional Step for Smooth Texture)
If you like a smooth fluff (not chunky), blend the cottage cheese until creamy before mixing.
- Combine
In a medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, sugar-free Jell-O powder, and whipped topping together.
Stir until the color is even and the texture becomes fluffy.
Add a splash of water or almond milk if it’s too thick.
- Chill
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes before serving for best texture.
- Serve
Spoon into a bowl, and optionally top with a few strawberry slices or whipped cream.
