How to prepare Brownie Peanut Butter Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Brownie Base:
2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

For the Candy Topping:
1 cup assorted chopped chocolate and peanut butter candies (such as peanut butter cups, Snickers, or 3 Musketeers)
¼ cup Reese’s Pieces or M&M’s minis.

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or a similar-sized round baking pan.

Create a double boiler by placing a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water (ensure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). Melt the unsweetened chocolate, stirring until smooth. Remove the bowl from the heat.

Whisk the vegetable oil and granulated sugar into the melted chocolate until fully incorporated. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking vigorously after each addition until the mixture is thick and glossy.

Switch to a spatula and gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined and no dry streaks remain.

Pour the brownie batter onto the prepared pan and spread it into an even circle, about ¼ to ½-inch thick.

Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center appears firm. A toothpick inserted near the edge should come out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle the ½ cup of chocolate chips evenly over the hot brownie base. Let them sit for 2-3 minutes to soften, then use an offset spatula to gently spread them into an even “sauce” layer.

While the chocolate is still soft, quickly scatter the chopped candies and Reese’s Pieces over the top, pressing them down lightly so they adhere and drizzle with chocolate sauce or ganache if desired.

Allow the brownie pizza to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing into wedges and serving.

Slice, Serve and Enjoy
