
Ingredients:
1½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled
2 cups cold milk
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3½ cups ice cubes
Instructions
Prep berries:
If using fresh strawberries, rinse and hull them. For deeper flavor, freeze fresh berries for 15 minutes before blending (creates a thicker, frostier texture).
Blend:
In a high-speed blender, combine strawberries, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and ice. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds—scrape sides once if needed—until completely smooth and frothy.
Pour into chilled glasses. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a whole strawberry or slice or a light dusting of crushed freeze-dried strawberries for visual pop and texture contrast.
