Ingredients:

1 (9-inch) pre-baked pie crust (homemade or store-bought)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

¾ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup all-purpose flour

Pinch of salt

1 cup mixed nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds, or hazelnuts), roughly chopped

¼ cup chocolate sauce or melted chocolate (for drizzle)

Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Instructions:

Melt the Chocolate:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips until smooth. Stir in sugar and cocoa powder.

Make the Batter:
Whisk in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and heavy cream. Stir in flour and salt until glossy. Fold in chopped nuts.

Bake the Pie:
Pour filling into crust and bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, until set around edges but slightly soft in center. Cool completely.

Add the Topping:
Drizzle with melted chocolate and add extra nuts on top. Finish with whipped cream if desired.

Slice & Enjoy:
Cut into wedges and serve crunchy, fudgy perfection!
