Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) pre-baked pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1 cup mixed nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds, or hazelnuts), roughly chopped
¼ cup chocolate sauce or melted chocolate (for drizzle)
Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
Instructions:
Melt the Chocolate:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips until smooth. Stir in sugar and cocoa powder.
Make the Batter:
Whisk in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and heavy cream. Stir in flour and salt until glossy. Fold in chopped nuts.
Bake the Pie:
Pour filling into crust and bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, until set around edges but slightly soft in center. Cool completely.
Add the Topping:
