Creamy Shrimp & Crab Alfredo with Broccoli


A rich, velvety seafood pasta tossed in a lemony Alfredo sauce, topped with tender shrimp, flakey crab, and fresh herbs.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
For the Pasta & Sauce

8 oz pasta (fettuccine, bowtie, or your choice)

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

Β½ cup grated Parmesan

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper

Β½ tsp Italian seasoning

Optional: pinch of paprika

For the Seafood

10–12 shrimp, peeled

1 cup imitation crab (shredded)

1 tbsp butter

Pinch of paprika

Salt & pepper

Veggies & Garnish

1 cup broccoli florets (lightly steamed)

Lemon wedges

Fresh parsley

  1. Cook the Pasta

Boil pasta until al dente and set aside.

  1. Make the Alfredo Sauce

Melt butter and olive oil in a pan.

Add garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.

Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.

Add steamed broccoli and cooked pasta; toss to coat.

  1. Cook the Shrimp & Crab

SautΓ© shrimp with butter, paprika, salt, and pepper until pink.

Add shredded imitation crab and warm through.

  1. Assemble

Plate the creamy pasta.

Top with shrimp and crab mixture.

Add lemon wedges and fresh parsley.

Sprinkle a little paprika or pepper for color.
