S’mores Dip (Baked Chocolate & Toasted Marshmallow Dessert)

Ingredients

  • Milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate — 2 cups (340g), chopped or chocolate chips
  • Heavy cream — ¼ cup (60ml) optional for extra smooth melt
  • Butter — 2 tbsp (30g)
  • Large marshmallows — enough to cover the top (about 25–30 pieces)
  • Graham crackers / digestive biscuits — for dipping

Instructions

Grease a baking dish lightly and spread the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips evenly at the bottom. Drizzle the heavy cream on top and add the butter pieces to help the chocolate melt smoothly.

Arrange marshmallows neatly over the chocolate, covering the entire surface.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8–12 minutes, until the marshmallows puff up and turn golden brown on top. Watch closely so they don’t burn.

Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes so the chocolate becomes perfectly melted underneath.

Serve warm with graham crackers or digestive biscuits for dipping.
