
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup melted butter or avocado oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp avocado oil (for frying, optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients — almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter (or oil), and cheddar cheese.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
Shape into buns or a loaf and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
For extra crispiness, lightly fry in avocado oil for a minute or two per side after baking.
