How to prepare Creamy Spinach-Stuffed Salmon with Garlic Shrimp & Asparagus

A rich, elegant, restaurant-style dish that’s surprisingly easy to make — tender salmon stuffed with creamy spinach, topped with juicy garlic shrimp, and served with roasted asparagus and rice.

Ingredients
Stuffed Salmon

2 salmon fillets

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

3 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp grated Parmesan

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp lemon pepper

Salt & pepper

Garlic Shrimp Topping

1 cup shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp butter

1 garlic clove, minced

½ tsp paprika

Pinch of parsley

Salt & pepper

Sides

1 cup cooked white rice

8–10 asparagus spears

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper

Directions

Prepare the Creamy Filling
Mix spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy.

Stuff the Salmon
Slice a pocket into each salmon fillet.
Fill generously with the spinach mixture.

Cook the Salmon
Season outside with paprika, lemon pepper, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the salmon 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Make the Garlic Shrimp
In another pan, melt butter.
Add garlic, shrimp, paprika, and salt.
Cook 3–4 minutes until pink and juicy.
Sprinkle parsley.

Roast the Asparagus
Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 minutes.

Assemble
Plate the stuffed salmon, spoon the garlic shrimp on top, and serve with rice and asparagus.
