How to prepare Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

For the Wraps:

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes (or grape tomatoes, halved)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Directions:

Prepare the Chicken Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

Assemble the Wraps:

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.

In the center of the tortilla, place a generous portion of the buffalo chicken mixture (about 1/2 cup).

Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and any additional toppings like green onions or blue cheese.

Wrap it Up:

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards over the filling.

Starting from the bottom, roll the tortilla tightly until it’s completely wrapped.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Serve:

Cut each wrap in half diagonally for easier handling.

Serve immediately with extra ranch dressing or buffalo sauce for dipping.

Optional Grilling:

For added flavor, you can grill the wraps in a panini press or on a skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy.
