Mac and Cheese Bacon Beef Burrito

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked macaroni pasta

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup milk

1 tbsp butter

½ lb ground beef (seasoned with salt and pepper)

3 strips cooked crispy bacon (chopped)

2 large flour tortillas

Instructions:

Cook the Mac & Cheese:
In a pot, melt butter, add milk and cheese, and stir until creamy. Add cooked macaroni and mix well.

Cook the Beef:
In a pan, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Burrito:
Lay out a tortilla, spoon in a generous layer of mac and cheese, top with beef and bacon bits.

Grill or Toast:
Fold the burrito tightly and grill it on a pan or press until golden brown with grill marks.
