1 bag chicken tenderloins (or 6 chicken breasts)
Fresh green beans or asparagus
1 onion, sliced
1 cup grape tomatoes
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, veggies, garlic, seasonings, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
