Ingredients

For the Roasted Potatoes:

1 pound baby potatoes, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

For the Hard-Boiled Eggs:

4 large eggs

For the Crispy Halal Beef Bacon:

6-8 slices halal beef bacon

For the Creamy Herb Dressing:

1/2 cup halal mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

2-3 tablespoons milk or water, to thin (optional)
