
Ingredients
200 g of cream cheese
100g goat cheese (optional for more flavour)
50 g of chopped dried cranberries
40 g of peeled and chopped pistachios
2 chopped fresh or dried figs
1 teaspoon of honey
1 pinch of salt
film to roll up
Preparation
- Place the cream cheese and goat cheese in a bowl, and mix until you get a smooth and even texture.
- Add honey and a pinch of salt, mix well to integrate the flavors.
- Incorporate blueberries, pistachios, and chopped figs, mixing evenly.
- Extend a piece of paper film on the table and place the cheese mixture on top forming a rectangle or uniform layer.
- Carefully roll the cheese with the help of paper film, shaping it into a compact cylinder.
- Close the ends of the paper film well and refrigerate the roll for at least 3 hours or until firm.
- Once cold, remove the film paper and, if desired, roll the roll in more chopped pistachios or dried cranberries for decoration.
- Slice into slices and serve on rolls or savory crackers.
