Ingredients
1 (12.5 oz) can of chicken, drained
1 egg
½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
¼–½ tsp black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
Shape the mixture into about 14 small nuggets and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, then flip each nugget and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
Serve warm with your favorite low-carb dipping sauce — like ranch, blue cheese, or sugar-free BBQ.
