How to prepare Peanut Butter Mousse

Ingredients

½ cup heavy whipping cream

4 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup natural peanut butter

¼ cup powdered Swerve sweetener (or preferred keto sweetener)

½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (optional, if peanut butter is unsalted)

Instructions

Whip the cream:
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks. Set aside.

Prepare the base:
In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Add the sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt (if needed). Continue mixing until fully combined.

Adjust texture:
