
Soft, cheesy, and packed with flavor — these keto bagel bites make the perfect low-carb breakfast or snack!
Ingredients
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup almond flour
10 oz cream cheese (divided)
2 tsp baking powder
Everything but the Bagel seasoning
2 eggs (1 for dough, 1 for coating)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the dough:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 Tbsp of cream cheese and 2 cups of mozzarella.
Microwave for 90 seconds, then stir until smooth.
Add almond flour, baking powder, and 1 egg. Mix well.
Using your hands, knead the dough until fully combined. (Tip: Keep your hands slightly wet to prevent sticking.)
Form the bagel bites:
Cut the remaining cream cheese into 8–12 small cubes.
Divide dough into equal portions and roll into balls about the size of a golf ball.
Flatten each dough ball, place a cube of cream cheese in the center, and wrap the dough around it to seal.
Coat and bake:
Beat the remaining egg in a small bowl.
Roll each dough ball in the beaten egg, then coat with Everything but the Bagel seasoning (or sprinkle on top).
Arrange the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up.
Cool slightly before serving — and enjoy warm, gooey centers of cheesy perfection!
