
Ingredients (4–6 servings)
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or a mix)
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or homemade)
½ cup sour cream
½ cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional topping: ½ cup breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the sauce
In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Combine ingredients
Add cooked chicken, rice, steamed broccoli, and half of the cheese. Mix until evenly coated.
Assemble the casserole
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese. Optional: sprinkle breadcrumbs over cheese for a crunchy topping.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
