
Ingredients:
For the Pasta:
8 oz (225 g) fusilli pasta
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Beef:
1 lb (450 g) beef strips
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Potato Salad:
3 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
1 carrot, diced and boiled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 small tomato, diced
1 tbsp chopped green onion
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta
Boil the fusilli pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Tomato Sauce
In a pan, heat olive oil, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss pasta in the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cook the Beef
In another pan, heat olive oil. Add sliced garlic and beef strips. Season with soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear until golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges.
Prepare the Potato Salad
In a bowl, mix potatoes, carrots, tomato, and green onion. Add mayonnaise and yogurt, season with salt and pepper, and mix gently until creamy.
Assemble the Plate
Serve a portion of saucy pasta with grated cheese, add the beef strips on top, and place a scoop of creamy potato salad on the side.
