
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups melted white or dark chocolate
Extra graham cracker crumbs or cinnamon sugar for coating
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and sugar until smooth.
2️⃣ Add egg, vanilla, pumpkin spice, salt, and mix well.
3️⃣ Stir in graham cracker crumbs until thick and scoopable.
4️⃣ Roll into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
5️⃣ Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, then let cool completely.
6️⃣ Dip each ball in melted chocolate until coated.
7️⃣ Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or cinnamon sugar on top.
8️⃣ Chill until set and serve.
