Keto Bacon, Egg & Avocado Meal Box

Ingredients:

3 large eggs

½ medium avocado, sliced

3–4 strips of thick-cut bacon

Seasonings for eggs (optional):

Everything bagel seasoning

Paprika or chili powder

Salt, pepper, and dried herbs

Optional garnish: a squeeze of lemon or sprinkle of chili flakes over avocado

Instructions:

Cook the bacon

Pan-fry or bake bacon until crispy.

Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Boil the eggs

Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, turn off heat and let sit covered for 9–10 minutes for firm yolks.

Cool under cold water, peel, and slice in half if desired.

Season the eggs

Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper, and herbs (or your favorite seasoning mix).

Prepare avocado

Slice avocado just before serving (or drizzle with lemon juice if prepping ahead to prevent browning).

Assemble the meal box

In a container, add:

3 seasoned boiled eggs

½ avocado slices

3–4 crispy bacon strips

Tips:

For a spicy kick, add a sprinkle of cayenne or chili powder to the eggs.

Swap bacon for turkey bacon or sausage links if you prefer.

Add a small container of ranch, chipotle mayo, or keto aioli for dipping.

Keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days — great for meal prep!
