
Ingredients :
- 200 grams of flour
- 30 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of chemical yeast
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml of milk
- 50 grams of melted butter
- 100 g chocolate chips (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, yeast and salt.
- In another container, beat eggs with milk and melted butter.
- Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until you get a smooth dough. Add chocolate chips if you like.
- Let the dough rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour a small scoop of dough and let cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip the pancake and continue cooking 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat operation with rest of batter.
