Chocolate pancakes

Ingredients :

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 30 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 sachet of chemical yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 100 g chocolate chips (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, yeast and salt.
  2. In another container, beat eggs with milk and melted butter.
  3. Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until you get a smooth dough. Add chocolate chips if you like.
  4. Let the dough rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour a small scoop of dough and let cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip the pancake and continue cooking 1-2 minutes.
  6. Repeat operation with rest of batter.
