Low-Carb Pizza Bites Recipe

These mini pizza bites are cheesy, flavorful, and totally satisfying — without the carbs! Made with fat head dough, they’re perfect for a quick snack, appetizer, or party favorite.


Fat Head Dough Ingredients

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz cream cheese

¾ cup almond flour

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp baking powder


Pizza Bite Ingredients

½ cup pepperoni slices, chopped into small pieces

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp butter, melted

½ tsp garlic powder (or to taste)

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Low-carb sugar-free marinara sauce (optional, for dipping)


Fat Head Dough Instructions

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese.

Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave another 30 seconds until smooth and melted.

Add the beaten egg, almond flour, and baking powder.

Mix well, then knead with your hands until a smooth dough ball forms.


Pizza Bite Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Break off small pieces of dough and roll into balls.

Place in a bowl and toss with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, chopped pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella until evenly coated.

Divide the mixture into a greased muffin tin.

Brush or spoon melted butter with garlic over the tops.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

Serve warm, with a side of low-carb marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
