Almond Whipped Cream with Raspberries

Dinner isn’t complete without a little something sweet! This light, fluffy almond whipped cream paired with fresh raspberries makes the perfect low-carb dessert — creamy, refreshing, and just the right amount of indulgent.


Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tsp powdered monk fruit sweetener (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)

A splash of almond extract

Fresh raspberries for layering


Instructions

Whip the Cream:

In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered monk fruit, and almond extract.

Using a hand mixer (or a whipped cream maker like Pampered Chef), whip until soft peaks form.

Assemble:

Spoon or pipe layers of whipped cream into small cups or bowls.

Add a few raspberries between layers for a pop of flavor and color.

Chill & Serve:
