Ingredients:
8 lamb chops
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Marinate the Lamb Chops:
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops, making sure each one is well coated.Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).
