Vanilla Ice Cream Decorated with Sprinkles

Ingredients
• Heavy whipping cream – 2 cups (480ml), cold
• Sweetened condensed milk – 1 can (397g)
• Vanilla extract – 2 tsp
• A pinch of salt
• Colorful sprinkles – ¼ cup (or more for decoration)

Instructions
Whip the cold heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt, stirring until smooth. Gently fold the whipped cream into the vanilla mixture until light and fluffy.

Add a handful of colorful sprinkles and fold gently to distribute them through the ice cream. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container, smooth the top, and decorate with more sprinkles on the surface.

Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm. Scoop and serve plain or in cones for a fun, party-style treat.
