Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil or butter
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
2 cups beef broth

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 oval patties.
Heat oil or butter in the skillet. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions and cook until soft and caramelized.
Sprinkle flour over onions, stir, then slowly whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until gravy thickens.
Return patties to the skillet, spoon gravy and onions over them. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through.
