Crispy Parmesan Pork Chops


Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive
  • Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

In one bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. In another bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then coat well in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently so it sticks.

Place the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm and crispy!
