Andes Mint Lasagna Lush


Andes Mint Lasagna Lush is a rich, creamy, no-bake layered dessert inspired by the famous chocolate-mint flavor of Andes Mints.

Ingredients
For the crust:
3 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the cream cheese layer:
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping

For the pudding layer:
2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold milk

For the topping:
2 cups whipped topping
1 cup chopped Andes Mints
Chocolate syrup (optional)
Directions

Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

Prepare the Pudding Layer:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2–3 minutes). Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.

Add the Topping:
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Sprinkle generously with chopped Andes Mints. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving to allow the layers to fully set.

Serving Tips
For cleaner slices, chill overnight.
Garnish with extra mint chocolates or chocolate shavings for a beautiful presentation.

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
